“The other day I had a session with Rogelio Diaz.

I’ve been dealing with a lot of inner turmoil and needed some guidance on how to navigate it and work through it. Walking into the session I had persistent feelings of fear surface and I knew that this was something I needed to confront and talk about.

“When I met with Rogelio on zoom one Monday, I wasn't too sure what coaching was about. Coming from a career background in counseling and psychotherapy, I wondered how coaching might be similar to and different from these modalities...
