But it hasn’t always been easy…

Growing up as a child of immigrant parents, I felt a lot pressure to achieve success and to make something out of my life because of everything my parents sacrificed.

When I dropped out of college and chose to walk a less traditional path, my parents didn’t fully understand or support my decision.

In many ways I felt like I let them down, like I was a disappointment to them.

At the age of 22 I felt completely lost and overcome by alcoholism.

I felt like a failure, defeated, angry, and as if I had no control over my life.

I felt like I was never enough no matter how much i achieved. I really struggled with the fear of failure, I had no sense of self worth, and I couldn’t see the value in myself.

I had so much shame, guilt and fear from past trauma that prevented me from expressing myself fully.

But one night laying in bed drunk after a night of partying, I had a life changing moment where this simple question entered my mind:

“Is this how I’m gonna live the rest of my life?”

And in that moment, I made a commitment to create a better life for myself. I vowed to learn something new every day, which sparked my journey into personal development.

As I delved deeper, I uncovered a powerful drive to reconnect with the true essence of who I am.

It was this realization that inspired my decision to become a coach.

I realized creating permanent change can be a challenging task, especially when you're attempting to do it all alone. 

There are moments when it feels as if you will never get ahead or overcome your current situation.

Your universe may feel so turbulent from all the chaos happening around you. 

Life as you know it becomes meaningless and all hope for a bright future seems to dissipate. 

This is what tends to happen to so many of us in the beginning of our spiritual awakening. 

I was once there too.

The hurt, frustration, and disbelief in yourself may feel neverending, and the feeling of despair can demolish your faith in the universe.

9/10 times we simply desire a glimpse into our next step or a push towards progression in our lives.
